FIELD: vibration protection technique; suspensions for seats of transport facilities for protection of operator against vibrations. SUBSTANCE: shock absorber includes the following components: two chambers, strut which holds two parallel plates with coaxial holes, partition mounted between chambers, rod received by holes of plates and rigidly linked with partition, two inlet valves built in plates, two passages made in partition, two additional chambers (each chamber is connected to one passage) and two spring clamps with additional chambers and flexible members mounted in joints. Operational efficiency of intermittent shock absorber is enhanced due to availability of two spring clamps which ensure optimal stepped change of restoring force. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
