FIELD: protection of equipment against vibrations; suspensions of transport facilities; protection of driver against vibrations. SUBSTANCE: proposed damper includes reservoir with cylinder located inside it; cylinder has two radial holes in its central portion. Cylinder is also provided with rod on which piston is secured; valves built in end faces of cylinder are used for admitting liquid from above-piston and under-piston chambers of cylinder to reservoir. Damper is provided with throttling unit connecting the above-piston and under- piston chambers of cylinder; it is provided with throttling tube with branches over its length and hydraulic distributor. One end of throttling tube is connected to above-piston chamber of cylinder and other ends and all branches are connected to under-piston chamber of cylinder by means of hydraulic distributor. EFFECT: adaptability of damper to change in disturbance parameters due to control of its viscous resistance. 3 dwg
