FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: dry friction damper has two guides that form a sliding pair and friction pair with working linings and maximum spring. A switching device is made up as an axle set in the first guide, gear, overrunning clutch, and two gear racks secured to the second guide. The inner race of the clutch is secured to the axle. The outer race of the clutch is secured in the inner opening of the gear. The friction pair is mounted on the axle of the switching device. The device is mounted on a rigid disk whose end face is provided with the second working lining of the friction pair. EFFECT: improved damping. 5 dwg
