Section of shaft projecting from housing of electric motor is provided with cylindrical journal which is eccentric relative to axis of shaft; satellite is fitted on this journal. One sun gear wheel is mounted in shield of electric motor stator on its outer side. End surface of satellite adjoins surface of stator shield at space relation.
