FIELD: gas arms. SUBSTANCE: tear-exciting substance is used in the form of a powder compound containing a mix of milled tear-exciting substance with a fine-dispersed fluidized, the mean size of particles of the tear-exciting substance makes up 30 to 35 μm, and the content of the fluidizer is from 5 to 15 wt. %. Fine-dispersed silicon dioxide (silica powder) may be used as fluidizer. The offered powder compound may be charged in the case with a mouth reduced as a many-pronged star, or placed in a container of polymeric material fastened in the case.
