SUBSTANCE: invention relates to teargas sprayers. Proposed sprayer comprises balloon, valve, teargas fluid, propellant representing a gas compressed at pressure not exceeding balloon tolerable pressure and device with system of channels to form fluid jets. Said propellant represents a compressed air. Fluid composition represents a mix of substances not dissolving air. Total compressed air pressure in completely filled balloon exceeds, two times, balloon total inner volume-to-compressed air volume ratio.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety.
