FIELD: electric measurement technology; magnetometers. SUBSTANCE: sensor has insulating substrate and magnetic film applied to its one side and covered with metal layer that functions as screen. Other side of substrate carries microstrip structure made in the form of rectangular frame which is, essentially, stripline resonator wherein two orthogonal electromagnetic modes of close frequencies are excited. Magnetic field orthogonal components in parallel planes of sensor are determined by levels and relations of microwave signals passing through microstrip structure at frequencies of two orthogonal modes of resonator. EFFECT: provision for measuring two magnetic-field components by single sensor. 6 dwg
