FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, represents a sensor of weak high-frequency magnetic fields and can be used mainly in magnetometry. A sensor includes a dielectric substrate, on the upper side of which strip conductors of microstrip resonators are applied, and on the lower side of which a magnetic strip is deposited, which is coated with a metal layer performing the role of a screen. Conductors of resonators are located at an optimum angle to each other, which provides maximum conversion factor of the sensor and is determined by the formula: ϕ 0 4 π H k M s , where Hk - field of single-axis magnetic anisotropy of a thin magnetic film, and Ms - film saturation magnetisation. Microwave generator power is supplied simultaneously to both resonators, and an output sensor signal is shaped with two signals picked up simultaneously from those two resonators; besides, signals of resonators are added, and generator noises are compensated.

EFFECT: improving sensitivity of a sensor of high-frequency magnetic fields.
