SUBSTANCE: device has object of n-th order, power amplifier, comparison gate, reference model, integral regulator, first and second differentiating filters, which are designed as serial circuit of n integral adders and accumulating amplifier. In addition device has adder and preliminary amplifier. System control function has three constituents which are proportional to respectively n-th derivative of setting signal, indirectly measured influence n-th derivative of output signal, and integral deviation of n-th derivative of output signal from its function which conforms to known equation of system trajectory.
