FIELD: shoe industry, in particular, production of shoes used for different purposes, including orthopedic and sportive boots. SUBSTANCE: shoe has ground engaging sole portions configured in accordance with anatomical construction of individual's foot. At least one mentioned sole portion is made in the form of replica of at least part of individual's foot trace, and is formed by changing its position, and/or by orienting by replica depth, and/or relative to longitudinal and transverse axes of sole. Construction of inner sole reduces foot muscle fatigability. EFFECT: improved ergonomic characteristics of shoe sole and wider operational capabilities. 5 cl, 4 dwg
