SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of children's prophylactic footwear containing a volumetric upper with a rigid quarter and a stitched-in insole made of a flexible material, a thin insert insole made of a foamed material with a top contact layer made of leather, a moulded sole made of compact thermoplastic material; the sole non-walking part is made with uniform layout of the external and the internal arches in the side part with the apex located in the area of calcaneocuboid juncture with section 0.36D while in the heel part under the calcaneal tuber in section 0.18D a depression and an impact damper are made in the form of a series of concentric round hollows.
EFFECT: ensuring optimal distribution of pressure across the footstep and impact dampening during walking, reduction of weight and improvement of footwear flexibility in the fascicular part.
