FIELD: methods of developing complexly constructed pools with gas cap and underlying water. SUBSTANCE: method includes separation of wellbore into intervals of inflow of different phases of formation fluid, for instance, oil, water or gas. Inflow of fluid phases from bottom-hole formation zone is induced into the intervals, then, it is overflown into tubing string installed in well and lifted to surface. Overflow of fluids from inflow intervals into tubing string is carried out under conditions ensuring the preset production rate from zone of fluid occurrence with low permeability, for instance, oil; and production rate from zones of fluid occurrence with higher permeability, for instance, water and gas. Differential pressure are built up in interval of their inflow. At these pressures, pressure in zones of fluid occurrence at any distance from well does not exceed pressure in zone of fluid occurrence with lower phase permeability, for instance, oil.
