FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing low density lipoproteins from blood serum by precipitating in heparin presence (200 ED/ml of blood serum) and manganese chloride (50 mM/ml of blood serum) at 0 C. The precipitated low density lipoproteins are washed with 0.9% sodium chloride solution and solved in 1 ml of 1 M sodium chloride solution and protein concentration is measured. Then samples containing 0.2 mg of low density lipoproteins protein are thermostated in Dulbecco medium having no calcium and magnesium at 37 C during 2 h in presence of 50 mcM copper ions. Malonic dialdehyde concentration as lipid peroxidation process end product is measured by applying fluorometry method. EFFECT: accelerated examination time.
