FIELD: medicine, in particular, acupuncture. SUBSTANCE: method involves opening sterile package of needles; withdrawing needles from package and providing intradermal administration of medical preparation. Cassette is used as package. Upon inserting needles into cassette, its ends are sealed with film. Needles are ejected through sealing film in predetermined order from cassette by means of needle guide. Package for disposable acupuncture needles has needles and vessel for accommodating needles. Vessel is made in the from of cassette, for instance cylindrical cassette, having equally spaced through channels for accommodating needles. Sealing film is attached to portions of cassette adjoining to through channel inlet and outlet ends. Each needle has arm with cross section congruent with channel cross section. Teeth are disposed in equally spaced relation on side surface of cassette. Needle guide has casing with spring-loaded ejector and tip, and is further provided with prong, cantilevered spring and spring-loaded clip. Guide casing has slot for retaining acupuncture needle package. Slot bottom is provided with recess for receiving prong mounted on free end of cantilevered spring, which is fixed with its other end on spring-loaded clip positioned in rear part of casing for engagement with spring-loaded ejector.
