SUBSTANCE: device comprises a hollow needle with a beveled end, a piston and loose outer tube installed on the needle. The needle is provided with a closed end and has an open neckline to accommodate pills. The piston rod in the anterior section has the form of a plate with transversal slots at the front and rear surfaces on the needle housing large diameter side. The rear wall of the needle housing from the inner side in the anterior section has a thickening with a gutter-shaped concave surface that terminates at the open front edge of the recess and is congruent with the piston pusher cross section, the working surface of which is inclined to the needle axis at an angle of 35-40° to the front in the plane of the small needle diameter. The sharp needle end in the plane of its small diameter is shifted to the front from the needle axis. The needle, the piston and the outer tube are made of polymeric materials such as polyethylene or polypropylene.

EFFECT: device has a simplified design, reduces trauma during needle insertion into the skin, the device can be sterilized together with pills and packaging and used on a one-off basis.
