FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to medical equipment and can be used in veterinary medicine for aseptic aspiration of bone-marrow punctuate when investigating diseases of blood circulation system of different animals. Kit for aspiration of bone-marrow punctuate includes hermetic case with aseptic liquid. In the case there is at least one tube sternal needle with mandrin, hollow handle, which is made to be assembled with mandrin and mandrel of needle tube, and device for cutting through periosteum with head. Mandrin is capable of interacting with device head for cutting through periosteum and transferring force of cutting to mandrel of sternal needle tube. Sternal needle includes hollow tube with mandrel, mandarin and handle. Needle handle is made to be assembled with mandarin and mandrel of needle tube, and additionally is equipped with through lengthwise hole and catches. Catches are made in the form of segments. Segments are located on its end face. Mandrel of needle tube includes two flats made to contact with handle catches. Mandrin is equipped with adaptor. Adaptor is made to be located inside lengthwise hole on handle and rigid fixation relatively to it. Device for cutting through periosteum includes framework accommodating spring-loaded axiswise core, head, cock device and trigger device. Along side surface of core teeth are made. Cock device is made in the form of lever hingedly installed on framework and pusher hingedly placed on the former spring-loaded to interact with core teeth. Trigger device is made in the form of dog hingedly fixed on framework and spring-loaded thereto to interact with core teeth. Joint coupling of lever of cock device and framework is made detachable. Head is spring-loaded and is located in framework and is capable of translational motion under the action of core and back motion under the action of elastic force of compressed spring. Reciprocating motion of head is limited by value: S=δ+(d/tgα), where δ - thickness of periosteum layer; d - needle diameter; α- angle of sharpening of needle tube.
EFFECT: creation of kit for aseptic aspiration of bone-marrow punctate when investigating diseases of blood circulation system of different animals.
