FIELD: manufacture of bushings with shoulder from copper-bearing alloys for road machinery. SUBSTANCE: vacuum caster has pressing punch axially fixed on pressing plunger and made in the form of truncated cone with rounded smaller base. Forming cavity is made multiple-stepped and positioned in pressing chamber along its vertical axis. All steps are communicated one with the other. Diameter of each upper step is equal to diameter of shoulder of bushing positioned below mentioned step. Ejector as casting holder is provided with dovetail projection positioned on ejector end. Dovetail projection is narrowing lengthwise, with height being constant. Upon hardening of metal, produced multiple-stepped billet is machined and cut into portions for obtaining parts with shoulders. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced metal loss. 2 cl, 2 dwg
