FIELD: machine tool manufacture, namely, controlling temperature along the whole length of contact of abrasive tool with worked part. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes infrared irradiation receiver turned to zone of contact of abrasive tool with part, amplifier and registering device. Apparatus is provided with autonomous power source, connected in series: matching amplifier, modulator and transmitting antenna, analog-to-digital converter and also connected in series: receiving antenna, receiver, demodulator and filter for separating useful component of signal. Infrared irradiation receiver is connected with inlet of amplifier-converter; output of filter through analog-to-digital converter is connected with registering device. Infrared irradiation receiver, autonomous power source, matching amplifier, modulator and transmitting antenna are mounted in lengthwise groove of abrasive tool.
