FIELD: pressure mechanisms of special-purpose extruders. SUBSTANCE: extruder has a moulder and a screw, each made in the form of separate screw C-washers of the same outside diameter and different inside diameters for the moulder and the same inside diameter and different outside diameters for the screw with different directions of hand of the moulder washers and screw and with a lead of screw of the washers forming the moulder equal to the lead of screw of the counter-blades. The end surfaces of the screw C-washers have slots forming the filtering slots of the moulder and screw, and the inner surface of the screw C-washers, forming the moulder body, and the outer surface of the screw C-washers, forming the moulder body, have prongs. The design of the pressure mechanism provides for intensification of the process of liquid pressing from vegetable oil. Manufacture of new and restoration of the moulder and screw worn out in service is accomplished by a complex of simplest production operations that do not need any use of highly skilled labour and high- precision production equipment without waste of material.
