FIELD: construction, in particular, wall constructions of dwelling buildings being up to the requirements of the construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: mainly, in the exterior wall of the building containing the construction course, heat-insulating course of a warmth-keeping jacket and interior trimming course located in succession according to the thickness, the construction course is made up of interconnected blocks of polystyrene concrete, and/or in the form of monolithic and/or prefabricated-monolithic supporting or self-supporting construction of material with the same thermotechnical indices as the blocks; the construction course has a thickness equal from 4 to 6 thicknesses of the "dew-point" inside the construction course at provision of self-regulation of damp condition of the room guarded by the wall, and the thermal conductivity of the wall construction course in any point is not lower than the thermal conductivity of material of the blocks forming it and/or monolithic course in the same point. Plate or roll warmth-keeping jacket engaged with the construction coarse and laid with formation of ducts for service lines may be used as warmth-keeping jacket, and the interior trimming course may be made of air-proof and/or damp- proof material, mainly of gypsum board installed in the design position in one and/or more courses of the wall area.
