FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction industry and can be used during erection of low rise apartment, social and industrial buildings. Low rise building includes foundation, support pillars, floorings, roof and enclosing wall structures. The latter include internal heat-insulating layer made using flat plate warmth-keeping material, and external layers made from hardening material, which are equipped with reinforcing elements. At that, support pillars are attached to the foundation in the lower part and are used as structural members of the heat-insulating layer, and the gap between support pillars in the areas with no openings is filled with flat plate warmth-keeping material. At that, the pillar surface facing the outer side is covered with strip warmth-keeping material. Internal and external surfaces of the heat-insulating layer of the enclosing wall structure are covered with lath, preferably metal one, which is attached to support pillars. Besides outside the enclosing wall structure throughout its surface area with no openings there formed is a multi-layered reinforcement frame including at least four layers of reinforcing bars, the first of which is directed horizontally and attached directly to pillars, and the second one is directed vertically, and such laying is repeated in subsequent layers and their reinforcing bars are arranged on symmetry axes of the squares formed with the first pair of layers of the reinforcement frame. At that, layers of the bars are attached to each other. Width of foundation is not less than thickness of the enclosing wall structure and vertical bars rest on the foundation surface. Besides as the hardening material, there used is plaster material the layer thickness of which is more than thickness of reinforcing layers on the surfaces of the enclosing wall structure. Besides height of support pillars is less than height of the wall by thickness of horizontal bar comprising the flooring frame, which rests on the end surface of support pillar and is attached to it.
EFFECT: providing high structural strength of heat-insulating layer and owing to that the possibility of making the building wall immediately throughout the whole height with temporary use of heat-insulating layer in order to retain reinforcement elements of external layers of the wall, as well as increasing heat-insulating characteristics of the wall because there are no cold joints in it.
