FIELD: mining industry, mining of mineral resources from sea floor. SUBSTANCE: given complex includes bucket loading-transportation machine with remote control that is lowered to floor on platform. When machine leaves platform the latter and its ropes are used as guiding apparatus to move and fix container while some mineral resources are lifted from sea bottom. Capacity of container is multiple of capacity of bucket of machine which provides for overloading of mineral resource without metering means. Elements of control desk are mounted on bucket loading-transportation machine and platform. Teeth of bucket of loading-transportation machine are fitted with hydraulic hammer units.
