FIELD: pumping-out of liquid by swabbing from oil or water wells at their development, trial operation or at cleaning of their face zones. SUBSTANCE: pumping plant has a winch with a flexible traction member and a mast mounted on foundation, mouth equipment, swab with loads connected to the traction member, echo sounder for measurement of liquid level in the well located in the mouth equipment, swab motion and speed detecting transducer and an instrument panel for monitoring the pumping-out process parameters. The instrument panel carries the indicators of the height of entrained and lifted liquid columns, indicator of summary volume and the detector of direction of swab motion connected to the swab motion and speed detecting transducer. The indicator of the height of entrained and lifted liquid column through an algebraic adder is connected to the swab motion and speed indicator, echo sounder and the detector of direction of swab motion. The indicator of the height of lifted liquid column is connected to the swab motion and speed transducer and the mouth pressure transducer installed on the mouth. The indicator of summary volume of lifted liquid is connected through an arithmetic adder to the indicator of the height of lifted liquid column and to the swab motion and speed transducer. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of monitoring of process parameters of pumping-out operation, constant monitoring of swab wear, which enhances the reliability of operation of the plant on the whole. 3 dwg
