FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for development and operation of wells with high-viscous product and device for its implementation pertains to the oil production field and can be used for product extraction from well in the course of its development and operation. Dump-bailer is used for fluid lifting up to the head, and for dump-bailer draining without its lifting to the head there used is a swab method. Invention aims to use flow-through bailer for product lifting that consists of casing string and core barrels and automatic clamping devices that are connected to the head from top and to the swab from below. The swab moves in the space limited by dump-bailer and is equipped with special weight on bar. The swab has limited stroke at axial direction (up-down). Fixing mechanism that fixes the weight in bottom position till the dump-bailer is filled with fluid and releasing it under the action of pressure relay. Note that the weight at the beginning of its travelling upwards tightly closes the bottom end of the swab.
EFFECT: provision of possibility to work and increase of productivity in the course of development and operation of wells with high-viscous product into closed collecting system without creating additional, repeating and dangerous actions at the head.
