FIELD: microbiology, biochemistry, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves adsorption of specific fragments F/ab/2 of antibodies type A and B on plate as solid phase, washing out plate, addition of antigen and incubation. After removal of nonbound antigen and washing out plate antibotulinic conjugates differentiating types of botulinic toxins A and B based on fragments F/ab/2 of antibodies of corresponding type purified by affinity chromatography method and subjected for crossing depleting immunosorption are added and incubated. Nonbound conjugates are removed, plates are washed out and indicator solution is added into wells. Reaction results are estimated by the presence of color in working wells. EFFECT: accelerated analysis of differentiation of toxins type A and B (up to 4 h). 1 tbl
