FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. A strain of hybrid cultured Homo sapiens/Mus musculus 1B9C7 cells producing human monoclonal antibodies specific to the domain of botulinum toxin type A (LC BoNT/A) Clostridium botulinum is described. The strain is deposited in the state collection of pathogenic microorganisms and cell cultures “GKPM-Obolensk”, collection number H-96.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for obtaining monoclonal antibodies capable of neutralizing the proteolytic activity of LC BoNT/A, which can be used for the subsequent manufacture of a therapeutic drug.
