FIELD: fiber-optical communication lines. SUBSTANCE: goal of invention is achieved by introduced triangular dielectric tube, which is laid over dielectric tube with optical fibers. Additional reinforcing dielectric members, which are arranged along sides of additional dielectric tube are inserted between external dielectric jacket and additional dielectric tube. Said reinforcing dielectric members are also inserted between dielectric tube with optical fibers and additional dielectric tube.
