SUBSTANCE: optical-fiber ground wire has central metal member and lay of wires including metal tube accommodating optical fibers; additional conductor made of high-melting metal is placed on top of wire lay and metal tube; it is stranded in opposite direction and at shorter lay of strand relative to lay of wires with metal tube, electrical resistance of additional conductor being lower than that of each wire of lay.
