SUBSTANCE: magnetic system has radially saturated field-pole magnets, tangentially saturated commutating-pole magnets mounted on magnetically soft shaft, and nonmagnetic regions formed by commutating-pole magnets and magnetically soft shaft; novelty is that magnetically soft regions in the form of ring sections whose width is limited over outer diameter of magnetic system by angle α and their width over shaft diameter, by angle β, with α ≤ β, are provided between side surfaces of field- and commutating-pole magnets.
