General hemodynamic function modes are selected as ones based on initial stroke volume value. The values of (SV1- SV2)/SV1 x 100% are calculated. Functionally inotropic significance of preloading is determined from the parameter values. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in selecting rational therapy. 2 tbl
