FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves evaluating end diastolic volume, in ml, myocardium mass, in g. Ratio of end diastolic volume to myocardium mass is calculated. Isovolumetric relaxation time of the left ventricle is determined. Structural concentric type being the case (ratio of end diastolic volume to myocardium mass being less than 0.5) and isovolumetric relaxation time of the left ventricle being greater than 112 ms, myocardial perfusion syndrome conclusion is drawn. EFFECT: simplified method.
