FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out gallbladder and hepatic bile ducts puncture in performing laparoscopy. Draining tube is introduced into their lumen. The draining tube is fixed on the liver with a clamp manufactured from material possessing shape memory property. The clamp is given shape of crossed-limbs in advance. Clamp limbs are introduced into the liver 3 mm aside from the draining tube in diametrically opposite points. EFFECT: prevented gall and blood suffusion along the draining tube. 5 dwg
