FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: tablet has the following composition: tabletted mixture of 750-950 mg of amoxicillin and clavulanate at mass ratio from 6:1 to 8:1, respectively. Tablet has film cover made of polymers and applied by technology of aqueous film covers applying. Method of treatment of humans or animals with bacterial infections involves oral administration of the preparation, twice per a day, not above. Method of making tablet for oral administration involves tabletting the mixture indicated above and applying film cover containing hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and polyethylene glycols on obtained tablet. Invention ensures to exclude the use of toxic organic solvents in applying film cover on tablet core. Invention can be used for treatment of patients with bacterial infections.
