SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical medicinal form for oral intake that has inhibitor of proton pump and one or some agents for nonsteroid anti-inflammatory therapy as dosed preparation. Inhibitor of proton pump in the preparation is protected by enterosoluble envelope. Invention relates to also agent of nonsteroid anti-inflammatory therapy, method of preparing dosed medicinal form, method of treatment of patients with adverse effects arising in gastroenteric tract due to treatment with agents of nonsteroid anti-inflammatory therapy. Dosed preparation is made as tablet with enterosoluble envelope, capsule or tabletted medicinal form with complex structure. Medicinal forms with complex structure are preferable.
