FIELD: manufacture of structural materials in aeronautical engineering, electrical engineering, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, oil-and-gas industry, construction engineering and medical industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes preheating of semifinished items. Matrix component is molten, wound on mandrel and force is applied at area where filaments are laid on mandrel. Reinforcing and matrix filaments are used fibrous semifinished items. Preheating is combined with impregnation of reinforcing filaments by means of hot roller. In applying the force at area where filaments are laid on mandrel, article is molded by means of additional hot roller. EFFECT: reduced duration of technological cycle; reduced power requirements; improved service characteristics of thermoplastic composite material. 1 dwg
