FIELD: pressure shaping of fibrous composite materials; aerospace engineering; mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes molding geometric profile of flexible compact sheet blank of fibrous composite material with rigid elastic radial support. Bending is effected by rolling; end section of blank is pressed between rolls at pressure not exceeding strength of fibrous composite material and rolls are set in rotary motion. Rigid elastic radial support is ensured due to elastic bush secured on one roll. Molding geometry of profile is effected by means of other roll made from stiff material and provided with working surface corresponding to preset profile.
