FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: method consists in drilling borehole, exposing brine-development zone, and injecting working material into this zone. Rocks in the borehole vicinity are cooled below temperature of crystallization of brine salts by introduction of working material as cooling agent into brine-development zone. Once brine gives precipitate, it is used to fill canals of borehole vicinity and rock temperature is then lowered below freezing temperature of liquid fraction of brine.
