FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed diesel fuel heating device has housing, cover, rivets, two jack plugs, heating plate, upper contact, posistors arranged over circumference of plate and pressed to plate by spring contact. Heat sink is made of twelve thin-sheet metal separate lobes pressed by cover to flat side of heating plate. At least three of them are provided with locking slots for guide projections in housing. On back side of heating plate beads and cone-shaped bosses are found. Right-side and left-side jack plugs are thin-metal stampings differing in shape. EFFECT: reduced labour input in manufacturing, facilitated starting and operation of diesel engine. 6 dwg
