FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines; prestarting oil heating device. SUBSTANCE: device has heater installed inside crankcase on its wall is coupled with supply source and is provided with housing. Heater has self-controlled semiconductor heating elements, spring contact for connected with supply source with projecting sections, and plate insulator. Housing is made in form of metal plate one surface of which directly adjoins inner surface of crankcase wall. Cavities for self-controlled semiconductor heating elements are located on opposite surface. Plate insulator is installed on spring contact with provision of regulated pressing of its projecting sections to self-controlled semiconductor heating elements. EFFECT: provision of reliable starting at low ambient temperatures, preventing oil deficiency in engine. 3 cl, 2 dwg
