FIELD: sealing engineering. SUBSTANCE: blank surface is preliminarily treated. Sealing coating is applied and treated thermally. Preliminary treatment is performed by etching in mixture of sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. Then double-layer sealing coating is applied. The first layer of soft galvanic copper is applied with subsequent drawing out and mechanical polishing of surfaces and then, layer of galvanic silver is applied with subsequent drawing out. Silver layer thickness is at least 40 mcm, and thickness of copper layer is 70 mcm. Copper layer is applied at rate of 30-35 mcm/h. EFFECT: higher seal reliability. 4 cl, 1 tbl
