FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture fixed detachable joints of hydraulic systems of machines and equipment of various purpose includes application of metal or fluoroplastic coatings onto connected parts and their further thermal processing. On one of the working surfaces of the fixed detachable joint they apply a layer of a copper-containing coating by the method of rubbing or gas-thermal spraying, and on the other one - a copper layer is applied by the galvanic method. Afterwards the parts of the formed fixed detachable joint is exposed to joint process running-in carried out under application of axial load of 20-30 N at relative reciprocal movement by 3-5 rotations to each side and oscillating angular movement with frequency of 10-12 Hz by the angle of 3-5°. The invention achieves sufficient strength of coating adhesion with the substrate and provides the possibility of further transformation of coating material structure for higher operability.
EFFECT: invention increases quality and operability of a created sealing layer.
