FIELD: analytical methods. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to potentiometric determination of concentration of substances in solutions of extraction systems by measuring emf of electrode pair consisting of membrane electrode and standard silver chloride electrode. Concentration of a substance is determined by the aid of graduation graph representing linear dependence of emf of electrode pair on concentration of solution being examined. Electrode membrane is manufactured by embedding into Teflon pipe Teflon powder impregnated with tributyl phosphate solution in a special diluent (reference solution) so that membrane is composed of 90-95% Teflon, 1.5-7.0% tributyl phosphate, and 1.5-7.0% diluent. Searched concentration is found as function of diffusion potential inside membrane. EFFECT: facilitated determination procedure. 5 dwg
