Composition can be prepared by simple procedure that involves mixing water-insoluble noncross-linked water-binding polymeric vehicle and an active component that is dissolved or dispersed in oil or oily substance and its dispersing in water. Invention ensures to obtain compositions exhibiting good fluidity indices that ensures to use their for tabletting or capsulation without granulation stage.
