SUBSTANCE: in a novel coating material, including polymer component containing 60-90% of one or more fluorine-containing copolymers and 10-40% of one or more acryl resins compatible with fluorine-containing copolymers, and also 1 to 35 wt.pts of at least one pigment per 100 wt.pts of polymer component, said fluorine-containing copolymer is fluorine-containing terpolymer with melting point below 150 C prepared by copolymerization of three monomers selected from group including vinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene, chlorofluoroethylene, vinyl fluoride, hexafluoropropylene, and perfluoro-1-butene.
