SUBSTANCE: composition contains (i) at least one vinylidene difluoride polymer or copolymer of vinylidene difluoride with at least one other monomer copolymerizable with vinylidene difluoride at weight ratio 100 : (0-30), respectively; (ii) at least one elastomer; and (iii) at least one plasticizer selected from ester-type plasticizer and sulfonamide; provided that composition contains 0.5-10 wt. parts elastomer and 0.5-10 wt. parts plasticizer per 100 wt. parts of component (i) and that sum of elastomer and plasticizer ranges from 1 to 10.5 wt. parts.
