FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: wells are provided with sucker-rod pumps and parameters of pumping unit are changed. After evaluation of reduction of productivity of bottom zone of bed relative to remote zone and determination of degree of mudding of bottom zone, pump with nominal performance exceeding that required for productivity of given well is dropped into well. Development and investigation under conditions ensuring maximum productivity of pump is performed. Depression in the bed is created and mudding material is withdrawn from bottom zone, after which parameters of pump operation are reduced to reach maximum value of feeding. Dynamics of restoration of dynamic level is observed and parameters of pumping unit operation are adjusted to optimum values for maximal productivity of well. EFFECT: increased productivity of well due to development of well and purification of mudded bottom zone of bed by pump itself and bringing well to optimal operation conditions avoiding underground repair works and increase of diameter of pump. 2 tbl
