FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: inflated stopping is used in quick isolation of emergency section in mine workings. In cases of isolation of emergency section with hazard of explosion, preliminarily installed in mine working into ventilation air duct is a length of rigid pipe with flexible isolating stopping in folded position and secured to a rigid pipe length, and made in the form of toroidal body provided with partition having a valve. Pipe length is interlocked by remote-controlled valves installed on side of acting and isolated sections in pipe lengths. The inflated stopping ensures higher safety and efficiency of rescue operations in fire fighting in mine workings. EFFECT: reduction of material and labour expenditures for making quickly installed protective structure in mine workings. 1 dwg
