FIELD: different branches of in industry and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: drum drier has rotating drum with radial lifting blades. Drum is divided into two parts, lifting and lowering ones, by vertical longitudinal partition lower edge of which is fitted with hinge-connected flap. Lowering part of drum contains gas-intake and gas-receiving collectors mounted immovably along entire length. Gas-intake and gas-receiving collectors may be provided with appliance for adjustment of flow section of parallel channels of drying agent inlet and outlet, respectively. They may be made, for example, as gates for changing material aeration condition along drum length. For the same purpose, tubular member may be divided by lateral partitions into sections according to number of carrying branch pipes. EFFECT: reduced power consumption. 2 cl, 3 dwg
