FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: rotary drum cap contains system of lifting flights located on the inner drum surface and deflecting elements installed in paraxial area in longitudinal parallel lines. They are symmetrical to drum axis and tilted at an angle to cylindrical surface generatrix. Deflecting elements are rigidly connected with the drum and have opposite slope in adjoining lines. The deflecting elements are provided with working surface from both sides. The working surface ensures cyclic deflection of mixture components either to one to the other end of drum with equal intensity.
EFFECT: improved reliability and quality of mixture preparation from components inclined to segregation resulting from intensification of longitudinal mixing and equalisation of heterogeneous particles staying in the plant.
