FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining magnetic immunosorbents for selective concentration of F. tularensis from environmental objects with subsequent detection by the MALDI-TOF MS method is described. The claimed method differs in that it includes a stage of magnosorbent activation, consisting in distilled water containing sodium perchlorate being poured to the magnosorbent, incubated, washed with distilled water, the stage of obtaining a magnetic immunosorbent, consisting in the fact that tularemia immunoglobulins with a protein concentration of 2.5 mg/ml are poured to 10% of the suspension of the activated magnosorbent, washed from an unbound ligand and the stage of selective concentration of the pathogen tularemia, which consists in that suspensions of a tularemia microbe are introduced into a microtube with the developed magnoimmunosorbents, incubated for 20 minutes, washed twice with distilled water from unbound antigens and KOH is eluted, the supernatant liquid is transferred to a clean micro-sample and the MALDI-TOF MS method is implemented.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of methods for obtaining immunosorbents for the selective concentration of F. tularensis from environmental objects.
